I've been trying to contact Blackpool Council now for weeks to discuss my council tax bill. Every time I call the council I get an automated response telling me that everyone is busy.
I even went down to the Town Hall to discuss this with the council personally - to be told - sorry there's a one and a half hour wait, but you can use the internal telephone to call the council. Used the phone and surprise, surprise an automated response telling me everyone is busy.
What the heck is going on at Blackpool Council??? They can spend large sums plugging the illuminations switch on (for one night only) yet it seems the Blackpool residents have to suffer bad service for the rest of the year as a result.
It is pathetic!! In my opinion it is now time the dead wood Blackpool council management be replaced.
